The Fluke 192/196/199 ScopeMeter test tools have three input
channels that are electrically floating with respect to each
other, and with respect to the power adapter input.
Channel A and channel B are oscilloscope channels with a
60/100/200 MHz bandwidth. The Meter/External Trigger channel
is a combined DMM and external trigger channel with a
limited (20 kHz) bandwidth.
