Information

FEATURES Resistance sourcing from lkΩ to 1OOGΩ in decade steps. DC voltage sourcing from OV to +-19.9995V. DC current sourcing from OA to +-19.9995mA. DC charge sourcing from OC to +-19.9995µC. Temperature compensation for the 1GΩ, 1OGΩ and 1OOGΩ resistors. This feature allows the unit to track the actual resistance of these resistors as the ambient temperature changes. Two methods of data entry. The keypad method uses front panel buttons configured as a standard keypad to enter output readings on the display. The adjust method uses two adjust buttons to increment or decrement the displayed reading. Zero at the touch of a button. The ZERO button toggles the display between zero and the programmed output reading. Fully programmable over the IEEE-488 bus. Simple calibration: A single Keithley model 196 DMM (or equivalent) is the only instrument needed.
